Observation: Sandwich cooler at 11.1C at the time of inspection (top inserts/low cavity).

Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Repair/service the sandwich cooler. Temperature must be <= 4C.
Note: Staff on site claimed that the cooler is broken from Saturday. Telephone call conducted but the cooler is not serviced yet.
Be inform that the enforcement action (eg., Correction/Closure Order and/or Violation Ticket) will be taken if the cooler remain unrepaired.

Comments

- General sanitation is acceptable but required improvement (beverage equipment and storage cabinets).
- Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
- Walk-in freezer was at -20C.
- Under counter coolers at 4C.
- Dairy hoppers at 2.5C.
- Counter top cooler at 4C.
- Hot holding > 60C.
- High temperature dishwasher - satisfactory.
- Quats sanitizer pails are labelled and tested at 200ppm.
- Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Ice maker clean and sanitary.Scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
- Mixing spoons stored in ice/water mixture.
- Vegetable slicer is found to be clean and sanitary.
- General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly covered and stored off the ground. Raw eggs stored separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean. Handwash sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.

Recommendation:
Please keep small amount of food in the sandwich cooler (not more then for 4 hours)/rotate containers or finish all food.
