- Hot water available at all sinks (~45C) at time of inspection
- 2-compartment sink was set up for manual warewashing; 100 ppm chlorine detected in sanitizing compartment
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towel

***Service technician has been called to check hot water tank to ensure hot water does not run out mid-operation again. Technician to visit next week. - Ensure to retain copy of work order and invoice for review by health department
*** High-temperature dishwasher still to be repaired by December 8, 2016; dishwasher only reached 53C, was not starting or completing wash and rinse cycles. Ensure to retain copy of work order and invoice for review by health department
