Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cheeses, cut lettuce and onions stored at room temperature without any time tracking stamps. The internal food product temperature measured at 23C.
Corrective Action(s): 2 stacks of cheeses, 1 insert of cut lettuce, 1 insert of cut onions were discarded by the operator. Stored any potentially hazardous food items under 4C or less. Alternatively, keep time tracking records for potentially hazardous food items if stored at room temperature and discard them every 2 hours.

Observation: Stains observed on the plastic cover inside the ice machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Discard the current batch of ice and next batch after sanitizing. Correct by: Immedidately.

Observation: No hard surface sanitizer available at the time of the inspection. Staff were using multi-surface disinfectant as the sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Approved sanitizer (200 ppm quats or 100-200ppm chlorine solution) must be available at all time during operation. Do not use multi-surface disinfectant on food contact surfaces. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces on site.

Observation: 1. Front serving area hand washing station was blocked by the smoothie cover.
2. Soap dispenser at the hand washing station near the dishwasher was broken.
3. Missing paper towel for the hand washing station inside the men's washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hand washing stations are not blocked and provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels at all time. Correct by: Immediately.
