Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station was obstructed by a bowl and pitcher. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must unobstructed to allow staff to properly wash their hands. Recommend placing signage by the handwash station to remind staff not to obstruct the handwash station. Bowl and pitcher were removed at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Raw meat was stored above cooked beef. This is a repeat violation.
2) Scoops were stored inside food containers. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Raw meats must be stored below ready-to-eat foods to prevent potential contamination of foods. Raw meat was relocated to the bottom shelf at the time of inspection.
2) Scoops must be stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods. Recommend placing signage on food containers to remind staff. Scoops were removed from the containers at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw meat was thawing at room temperature. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Frozen meats must be thawed under cold running water or in a refrigeration unit at or below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogens and/or the formation of toxins. Chicken was still partially frozen and placed in the cooler at the time of inspection.

-Follow-up inspection to October 31, 2022.
-Mandolin slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Ensure staff continue to disassemble and clean and sanitize the slicer blades after each use.
-Did not observe foods stored outside the facility at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe foods stored on the floor at the time of inspection.
-Kitchen light fixtures were equipped with shatter resistant covers.
-Further repeat violation will result in the issuance of Violation Tickets.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 05, 2027.
