- Sanitizer measured 200ppm quats - ensure that concentration is checked every time a bottle or bucket is filled as the tubing is prone to air gaps - Rodent droppings mostly cleaned (see violation above for more details) - Staff has relayed potential problems to pest control technician - to be addressed by pest technician's next visit - Continue to clean droppings as soon as they are found with a 1:10 (1 cup bleach, 10 cups water) solution FOODSAFE staff on site; manager stated another staff member with FOODSAFE will be working the evening shift - ensure that all valid copies of FOODSAFE certificates are on-site for review
