Corrective Action(s): Do not store food utensils in sanitizer as this poses a chemical food contamination risk. Sanitizer must be allowed to air dry on a food contact surface before it can be used safely.
Food utensils in use can be stored in an ice filled container or in a clean, dry container.

Re-organize ice wells - store ice intended to be used in beverages within wells not containing hose lines as they cannot be easily cleaned and sanitized.
