Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Walk -in cooler is measured at 12C at the time of inspection. Internal food temperature of cut vegetables - tomato 12C and onions 13C.
Corrective Action(s): - Move all potentially hazardous food items to undercounter cooler and drawer coolers (bacon and creamers are moved)
- No meat items are stored in wlak-in cooler (all meats are frozen)
- Only whole vegetables can stay in the walk-in cooler

- All handsinks at the front, back area and in washroom are supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towel
- Front milk cooler and undercounter drawer coolers are measured at less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer and drawer freezer are functional and were measured between -14C and -18C
- Hot holding unit for gravy is measured at greater than 60C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Sanitizer in buckets and at three compartment sink dispenser is measured at 200ppm quats
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Foodsafe is verified at the time of inspection
