- Display freezer and ice cream freezer are less than -18C
- Sanitizer solution spray bottle measured at 200ppm quats solution
- Low temperature dishwasher is measured at 50ppm chlorine residual
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
