Bar prep cooler door seals cleaned. Observed temperature in this less than 4 C. Magnetic seals suspect. Monitor and replace seals if door remains a problem.

Area below or under work counters and coolers as noted in previous inspection still not cleaned. Discussed schedule for this with store supervisor. Improve cleaning quality and frequency.
