Low temperature dishwasher repaired and dispensed 75ppm chlorine at plate level. Invoice provided onsite - photo taken. Please obtain more chlorine test strips as current supply is running low. Correction order rescinded, you may resume to regular service. ***Note: legal ownership changed, same staff and same menu. No concerns at time of inspection. Health application provided onsite to manager. Please submit completed health application, copy of certificate of incorporation, permit fee in cheque, copies of foodsafe and copies of food safety/sanitation plans.
