Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (walk in cooler, cold holding inserts..etc)
Reminded operator that only minimal amounts of food is to be taken out during lunch rush and not to exceed two hours at room temperature. No issues noted at time of inspection.
Freezers less than -18C
All hot holding higher than 60C (rice, food in inserts...etc)
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Chlorine sanitizer in container with cloths submerged 100ppm. Test strips available.
Manual ware washing procedures reviewed at time of inspection – no concerns. Drain plugs available.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc)
