Coolers are at 4 C or colder - good. No hot holding during inspection. Hand washing sink has liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Chlorine bleach is used to sanitize wiping cloths and surfaces. Dipper well - repair leak before the summer. In the meantime, clean and sanitize scoops after each use. Extra scoops are available. Commercial dishwasher has a hot water final sanitizing rinse. New dishwasher is NSF rated. Premises is clean and well-organized. Remove any unneeded items. Operator has updated Food Safe certification.
