Observation: Areas around grease trap and under sinks very dirty and observed with a build up of food debris. The area to the left of the oven also noted dirty. Foil covering tearing and beginning to look deteriorated and dirty.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up noted areas. Replace foil covering on a more regular basis.
