- Liquid soap and paper towels are available. **Mount the paper towel dispenser at the handsink.
- Coolers measured 4C
- Hot holding food measured >60C
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer used to sanitize food contact surfaces
** Sanitizer is not properly dispensed at the dishwashing sink. Repair it immediately.
- Ensure to keep the back door closed unless with a pest proof door installed
