Comments

The following items have been corrected: -->Sandwich prep cooler now at 2.4oC (bottom compartment) and 3.8oC (top compartment) -->Areas that required cleaning are now in sanitary condition -->Dishwasher final rinse had 0ppm on dishware in the first run. Final rinse reaches 50ppm chlorine after 3 tries. A technician has come in and found nothing wrong with the dishwasher. Operator should find out why we are not getting a reading after each run.
