A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CDWV3Z and the following observation were made: - Ensure Employees do not wear jewelry while working - Submit documentation to prove at least one staff member will have FoodSafe level 1 during all business hours - Area under wire shelving still not cleaned.
