Observation: Stand-up cooler next to the kitchen handwashing sink measured at 8C air ambient temperature. No food observed to be stored in the cooler. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.
Corrective Action(s): Service the aformentioned equipment to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Corrected by: November 8, 2022.

Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CKJS32.
The following violation have been corrected in report#JCHY-CKJS32:
-Ice build-up in the stand-up freezer have been cleared.
-Exposed wood shelving unit in the stand-up cooler next to the chest freezer have been removed.
-Exhaust hood vent and underneath the deep fryer and grill area observed to be satisfactory.
-No single-use scoops or scoops without handles observed in the dry good bins.
-Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle and sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm.
-Food in the stand-up coolers and prep cooler observed to be covered.
