Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CKJS32. The following violation have been corrected in report#JCHY-CKJS32: -Ice build-up in the stand-up freezer have been cleared. -Exposed wood shelving unit in the stand-up cooler next to the chest freezer have been removed. -Exhaust hood vent and underneath the deep fryer and grill area observed to be satisfactory. -No single-use scoops or scoops without handles observed in the dry good bins. -Chlorine sanitizer spray bottle and sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm. -Food in the stand-up coolers and prep cooler observed to be covered. Closure Order Issued.
