Follow-up to report MBEK-CLE2BD.
Service has been completed for equipment noted on routine inspection report.
Bar glasswasher measured 51 degrees C and 50 to 100 ppm chlorine in the rinse residual at the utensil surface.
Coolers noted on previous report were measured at or below 4 degrees C. Note: The temperature of the food inserts located at the top of the cooler was slightly elevated at the time of inspection (for both units). Air temperature directly below inserts measured at less than 4 degrees C. It was stated that food inserts are replaced throughout the day as the food product is used. Inserts to be covered when coolers are not in use. Monitor to ensure food product temperatures return to 4 degrees C or less.
