- dishwasher reached 76C at final rinse cycle
- bleach sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine
- ice cream scoop washed after every use (dipper well not on due to very little use)
- facility not open at time of inspection; prep for dinner service underway
- screen door closed at time of inspection

- hot held rice: 63C

** Cooler is opened/closed frequently due to staff stocking cooler for dinner service. Ambient air temperature is 6C; food is 4C. Operator states that food is moved into walk-in cooler when not operating. Ensure cooler is able to maintain 4C during service.
