Observation: Exhaust canopy requires a thorough cleaning. Grease and dust accumulations observed on the filters. Grease accumulations also observed behind the cooking equipment along the main cooking line.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean all aspects of the exhaust canopy. Clean underneath, behind, and all hard to reach areas along the main cooking line. Correct by March 6, 2023.
