Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No detectable quats (quaternary ammonium compounds) or chlorine/bleach in spray bottle used for sanitizing. Spray bottle appeared to contain cleaning product (yellow colour). No bleach for sanitizing food contact surfaces/equipment available on site.
Corrective Action(s): Unscented household bleach obtained during inspection. A bleach water sanitizing solution was prepared at 100 to 200 ppm chlorine. Ensure all surfaces are properly sanitized. Ensure a sanitizing solution suitable for food premises is available at all times at a concentration required for effective sanitizing (e.g. 100 to 200 ppm chlorine).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle unlabeled.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer spray bottle was properly labeled at time of inspection. Ensure all cleaning/sanitizing chemicals are properly labeled to identify contents to prevent accidental misuse and potential contamination of food and/or food contact surfaces.

Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezers at -13 to -17 degrees C.
Hand washing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
High temperature dishwasher measured 76 degrees C at utensil surface during final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at utensil surface)
No concerns with ice and scoop storage at time of inspection.
No signs of pest activity observed.
