Observation: A few rodent droppings were observed from the following areas:
- left back corner of the floor in storage room
- floor along the wall by the back entrance

Professional pest control company contracted. Recent report checked at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Have the droppings removed and sanitize the affected areas. Continue to monitor for any future activity. Droppings were not observed in any other areas of the facility.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Freezers operating at/below -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place.
- Hot-holding units not in use at this time.
- 200ppm Quats available at automated dispenser/bucket to hold wiping rags.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71.4'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Scoop stored in a proper manner.
- Foods obtained from approved sources and stored in pest proof containers.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory.
