-Meat freezer and back storage room freezer are -18C or colder.
Note: Upright freezer in kitchen area believed to be on defrost cycle. Monitor closely to ensure that it returns to -18C or colder. If not, adjust or repair.
-Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks with hot and cold running water.
-Quat sanitizer buckets measured 200 ppm residual.
-Warmers are maintaining beef patties,chicken and gravy at 60C or hotter.
