All sinks are fully equipped. All coolers at 4C or below. All freezers ranged from -9C to -21C. High temperature dishwasher reached 85.2C during the final rinse. Drain plugs available for 3 compartment sinks. Bleach sanitizer in buckets & spray bottles measured at 200ppm. No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. Overall sanitation is good. *Clean the mop sink area after clearing out the bottom equipment shelf. *Ensure to routinely empty & replenish the dipper wells with ice. Increase the frequency during the hotter months. Report reviewed with the staff on duty.
