Comments

The walk in cooler /shelving/ has been cleaned. The rusty part can be painted. Walk in freezer need some cleaning. Otherwise, cleanliness of the facility has improved. Thank you Samosa's hot holding unit is not operational. They are cooked per order. Only pizza hot holding unit is used at the time of inspection. One food handles is present on site with Food Safe training.
