Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottles of bleach and water solution are used for sanitizer. Greater than 200ppm on test strip.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer solution remade, bleach and water solution. 200ppm on both spray bottles after new solution was made.
