Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1._ Garlic chopper was not completely airdried after sanitized. There were still garlic pieces left inside the chopping part.
2._ Grilled cheese equipment was lined with foils. Foils noted dirty. Staff said new foils are used everyday. Equipment is not washed or sanitized before and after lining foils.

1._ Take apart all pieces so all surfaces of the equipment is properly washed and sanitized. Then FULLY air-dry after sanitizing to prevent from microbial growth.
2._ Discard dirty foils. Equipment must be properly washed and sanitized before and after using foils.

General: Staff finished food service and was cleaning up at the time of inspection.
- Handsink accesible with hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towel.
- Sanitizer bottle present with 100-200 ppm chlorine.
- dishwasher temperature at plate= 74.6 degrees C
- Double Door Display Cooler= 4 degrees C/ Double Door Standup cooler= 4 degrees C
- Prep cooler= 4 degrees C
- Double Door Silver King Cooler= not in use at the time of inspection.
- Single Door Upright freezer: - 19 degrees C
- Chest Freezer: -18 degrees C
