Observation: 2 Comp sink behind front counter functioning but then plumbing separated at "L" joint and both pipes separated and began flooding the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure plumbing is properly connected to prevent flooding. Sinks must be available for cleaning and hand washing and fully operational. Repair.

2. Some tiles missing on flooring in store and some in walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces in premises are smooth, durable and easy to clean. Repair damaged floor tiles and peeling ceiling. Operator has extra tiles on site and is waiting for installer.
