Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is properly covered with lid or cover. Plastic wrap is acceptable. Correction date: 1 day Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: 2 Comp sink behind front counter functioning but then plumbing separated at "L" joint and both pipes separated and began flooding the floor. Corrective Action(s): Ensure plumbing is properly connected to prevent flooding. Sinks must be available for cleaning and hand washing and fully operational. Repair. Correction date: 1 week Violation Score: 3 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: 1.Ceiling paint peeling 2. Some tiles missing on flooring in store and some in walk in cooler. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces in premises are smooth, durable and easy to clean.
