Some of this water has remained for enough time to develop a slimy matt, especially at wall floor interface. Minimal fruit or drain flies observed, but left unchecked may become a problem. Corrective Action(s): Ensure this station is properly cleaned top to bottom on daily basis. Fix water drips and silicone wall floor interface. Treat drains daily as per advice from pest control contractor to help eliminate fruit or drain flies from breeding habitat. This will be reviewed at next scheduled inspection. Violation Score: 3
