A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers were 4C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures checked daily but not recorded.
- Hand sink stocked with running hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Bleach used to sanitize dishes and surfaces.
- Food storage done properly. Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; in groups with animal proteins on lowest shelf or separate from RTE foods; and 6" off the floor on shelves.
- Food handling done properly. Utensils used to handle food, and hands washed frequently.
- Owner/operator holds an equivalent food course (card expires in 2018).
- Sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. No accumulation of dust on products or in corners.
- All in order, good job.
