Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Facility was not preparing food at the time of inspection. Supervisor just started his shift and no other staff was working at the start of the inspection. No Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer was detected from the wall mounted dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Supervisor called their Chemical Representative to service the dispenser. Bleach was available at the facility. A bleach sanitizer solution was created and 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected in this solution. Please use the bleach sanitizer mixture until the Sink & Surface Cleaner Sanitizer dispenser is fixed and dispensing the appropriate concentration.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap was noted in the soap dispenser by the handwash station near the walk-in units.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Soap was refilled in the soap dispenser.
All handwash stations must be stocked with liquid soap and paper towel at all time as the facility was approved with the current set-up and all approved handwash stations must be accessible.

Routine inspection conducted today:
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food was stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy.
All food contact items and equipment were noted in good condition and sanitary.
Fume hood and cook line were sanitary.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 182F at the rinse gauge and 71.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Overall sanitation and organization satisfactory.
Food Donation room was noted sanitary and no pest activities were noted in this room.
