Corrected violations from previous report: Code 308: corrected. Cooler was removed and replaced with stainless steel shelving unit. Code 305: corrected. Weather stripping replaced. No air gap noticed under back receiving door. General: -General sanitation was good. -Hand wash stations had hot and cold running water, paper towels and liquid soap. -Low temperature dishwasher at 100ppm chlorine. -Sanitizer buckets (server station 200ppm quats, kitchen 200ppm) -Ice machine appeared cleaned. -Temperature logs for cooling units provided. -Cleaning logs up-to-date. -Exhaust ventilation hood cleaned last week as per staff. -Manager and Assistant managers and other staff had valid Foodsafe Certificates. -No evidence of pests noted at time of inspection. Pest control provided by the landlord of the building. -Staff hair was tied back. Temperatures: All coolers were below 4C. (Walk-in cooler, server cooler, fish cooler, salad cooler) Walk-in freezer at -26C.
