The following items have been discussed: -->Operator will now prepare eggs in oven, as facility has no commercial ventilation for foods that generate grease laden vapour. -->Reviewed approved floor plan with manager, and front handsinks (x2) by each cashier is designated handsink. -->Provided document from BCCDC indicating Tim Hortons can use handsink as dump sink (only for pouring expired coffee and rinsing pots). Having said that, handsink is still a handsink so handsoap and paper towel in dispensers must be provided. -->Manager will discuss additional storage space for this facility with upper management.
