Health permit posted in plain public view. Hand wash stations provided with constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) available at 200 ppm. Dishwasher reached 74 deg C at plate surface. Walk-in freezer was at -17 deg C. Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C. Prep line coolers were at 3-4 deg C. Line freezer was at -10 deg C. Hot holding for burger patties was at 65 deg C; gravy was at 62 deg C; egg was at 71 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. Employee hygiene was good (clean uniform, hair nets, hand washing frequently). Pest control in place. Overall sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. Premises well maintained.
