Flooring in the kitchen area now cleaner. Most grime and debris build up has been removed. Ensure to clean areas that are under and between equipment on a regular basis to prevent grime build up. Missing side panel above the walk-in freezer/cooler has been re-installed. Longer tongs for the salad have been ordered. Rotate tongs on a regular basis and do not keep in the salad bowl.
