2. Main prep cooler at front has food residue and stains.
3. Equipment, utensils and other unnecessary items scattered under sinks and tables.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize behind counters. Pull out tables and equipment to ensure all areas are clean. (Today)
2. Clean and sanitize main prep cooler to ensure high touch areas for food prep are clean. (Immediately)
3. Remove all clutter and unnecessary equipment. Organize your equipment to allow for easier cleaning. (2 weeks)

o Hand wash stations are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
o Operators had clean clothing for food preparation
-Back Staff washroom is fully supplied for hand hygiene (washroom for delivery drivers)
-Front Staff washroom was supplied for hand hygiene (for cooking staff), thank you.
