Renovations have been completed at this location.
Changes as per approved plans. No changes in the kitchen area.
Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm in buckets.
Prep line coolers and walk-in cooler were at or below 4 deg C.
Hot holding for soups,hash browns, eggs, etc. was at or above 60 deg C.
Walk-in freezers were at -18 deg C.
High temp dishwasher reached 74 deg C at plate surface.
All food and food-related items stored off the floor.
Pest control monitoring in place. No signs of pests noted at time of visit.
Washrooms - new tile on the walls and new fixtures. Provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Approval to re-open granted. Opening at 2:00 pm today.
