-hot/cold water
-single dispensing soap

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Raw eggs and fish stored above cooked food in the 2-door display fridge

2. Cleaning chemical on back stairs stored next to sugar

3. Open can of oyster sauce stored in fridge

4. Hose at 2-compartment bar sink extends pass the fill-line of the sink compartment
Corrective Action(s): 1. Store raw eggs/meat/seafood on the bottom

2. Remove cleaning chemical -do not store cleaning chemicals next to foods -store this in the mop room

3.Empty out food cans once opened.

4. Place a vacuum breaker at the hose to protect the potable water supply from backflow

Observation: Cleaning and sanitizing lacking in a number of areas:

-Live fish tanks of algae growth
-bar area walls have food splatter
-2-door display fridge have grease caked on the wire shelves and/or rusted
-All upper shelves in the bar and kitchen areas filthy. Personal goods such as pills, tea, cups stored in food preparation areas
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the live fish tanks -there should be no algae present
-clean and disinfect al bar area walls
-remove the wire shelves from the 2-door display fridge and clean/sanitize. Re-paint with an oil-based paint after removing the rust
-Clean and sanitize upper shelves in bar and kitchen areas after removing all personal goods from food preparation areas

Observation: -Outside Walk-in cooler flooring is raw wood
-Mop sink is blocked off with equipment. Operator is dumping mop water in the toilet

Corrective Action(s): -Clean and disinfect the Walk-in cooler flooring then either paint with an oil-based paint or resurface with a material that is washable/non-absorbent/easily cleanable
Use your mop sink. Do not use the toilet as it will backup. Keep your mop sink clear of equipment for it's daily use. Do not leave mop waters overnight

High temperature washer final rinse 74.5 deg C at plate level (first wash)

No signs of pests -A Plus Pest Control comes in monthly -last work report in May indicates no pest activity

COVID-19 Protocol:
-no dining services currently operator plans to add in a few weeks. Ensure all tables are separated at least 2m
**-Place the Maximum Occupancy Sign for the waiting areas and when dining areas resume
-Safety Plan available -should be posted at your worksite
-Mask usage observed and signs posted
