Observation: Facility does not have any bleach available for use.
Correction: Bleach sanitizer must be available in the facility to allow for sanitizing of food contact surfaces and to manually sanitize equipment and utensils.
Comments

-Follow-up inspection to October 29, 2021. Facility was issued a Public Health Act Closure Order for pest infestation.
-Facility has been serviced by a professional pest control operation. Facility was treated for pests and report indicated heavy infestation.
-Facility has conducted a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all food contact surfaces, equipment, and utensils in the facility.
-Operator has purchased bleach and sanitizer was prepared at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order issued October 29, 2021 have been met. Public Health Act Closure Order has been rescinded. Facility is granted Health Approval to resume operations.
