Health permit posted in plain view. Hand wash stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitize solution (quats) measured 200 ppm. Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Display cooler was at 3-4 deg C. Book log for temperature monitoring was available and up to date. Back area- freezers were at -18 deg C; coolers were at or below 4 deg C. High temp. dishwasher reached 72 deg C at plate surface. All food and food-related items were stored off the floor. Pest control monitoring in place, no signs of pests noted Person in charge at time of visit had valid Food Safe 1 equivalency. Washrooms were in sanitary condition. Note: Flooring in the main service area and seating is showing wearing out of the seal on the concrete. Premises is only 2 years old. Flooring may have be re-done sooner.
