Deli service fridge has now been repaired. Bottom levels at 2.5C, top inserts at 3.9C (tomatoes) during service. Ensure to use plastic covers to maintain temperatures at or below 4C when not in use. Ensure to monitor temperatures at different compartments of this unit.

Food in storage is no longer stored on the ground.
