Follow up to report MBEK-CTVUYV. Cooled foods at 4 degrees C or less. No concerns with cooling procedures as discussed during inspection. Vegetable chopper is being cleaned and sanitized after use. All hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Garbage bags not observed to be used for food contact or food storage. No open cans of food observed. No food observed in mop sink area. Preparation cooler serviced however ambient temperature was at 6 degrees C at time of inspection. 4 degrees C or less required prior to being used for potentially hazardous food storage. Have cooler adjusted/serviced as necessary so that it can maintain food at 4 degrees C or less. No rodent droppings observed on main floor area; however, droppings still observed upstairs. Ensure areas are properly cleaned and disinfected. Sweets display cooler and dishwasher violations noted on previous report not yet corrected. Additional time requested. Note: Failure to correct violations may result in enforcement action. Refer to previous routine health inspection report dated July 19, 2023 for remaining outstanding violations.
