Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Both the dishwasher and glasswasher didn't have any sanitizer in the rinse cycle. The sanitizer bottles in both machines were almost empty.

2) There was a dry wiping cloth stored on top of the cutting board with heads of lettuce.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Staff must check the sanitizer bottles daily and replace as needed.

2) Do not store wiping cloths directly with food. Wiping cloths should be stored inside the sanitizer buckets.
