Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods were being hotheld at a temperature between 45-50 degC e.g. gravy, sauces on the grill. This is too low.
Corrective Action(s): Increase the temperatures to at least 60 degC.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): None of the sanitizer bottles nor the solution used to store wiping cloths in had any sanitizer in it.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, refresh the bucket of sanitizer every 2 hours or more frequently if required. Refresh spray bottles regularly. Replace any broken spray bottles as discussed.

Observation: "True" brand refrigerator in the waitress station is leaking again. The left side has water pooling under the containers of food. This has been coded at least twice in the past and is a recurring issue.
Corrective Action(s): If this issue cannot be permanently fixed, then the cooler needs to be replaced.

Observation: The flooring in the waitress station, by the milk dispenser has worn out.
