Observation: * Staff jackets and purses were found on food counters and food storage areas; operator to find proper staff storage location; food found uncovered under shelving area on prep counter again and this can lead to cross contamination; also, for ice machine, garbage bin and dirty dishware was found leaning beside it and purse found stored on top of it which is unsanitary
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all staff personal items stored away from food prep/food equipment/food storage areas and in desiganted area; food must be properly covered in storage areas and areas where food unprotected; Ensure ice machine free of food equipment and dishware and personal items, etc., to protect ice from contamination

Observation: * Back door was found opened initially upon inspection; staff closed it immediately but it was open long enough to allow pest entrance

Observation: * Some build up of grime/debris found through out along bases of equipment and walls areas that requires more detailed cleaning attention on regular basis

* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder

* Hand washing stations had liquid soap and paper towels available
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm in buckets to store wiping rags
* Monitoring records were available and up to date
* Note: back door was found open and staff reminded to keep doors closed to reduce pest entrance; also, pest control program to be in place for monitoring/prevention
* Note: for cooling cooked foods, ensure to portion food in small amounts/shallow containers for quicker cooling to occur prior to storage in cooler at 4'C/40'F or colder
* Note: food safe level 1 renewal required (every 5 years); operator and main food handlers to renew
