-Replace the broken sanitizer spray bottle. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Ensure that all doors seal properly when closed. Hand washing sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. 2-compartment sink available for washing produce. Bleach available for sanitizing knives and cutting boards. Ensure that 1 tsp per liter of water is used to achieve 100 ppm chlorine. General sanitation was satisfactory.
