Observation: * Boxes were being stored on food prep counters and this is unsanitary and not good/safe food handling practise and can lead to cross contamination.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL food prep counters are free of clutter and boxes to reduce risk of cross contamination

Observation: * Build up of grime/debris/filth found under/around cooking line equipment and around baseboards through out kitchen and dining areas to maintain sanitary condition.
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL areas are properly cleaned through out kitchen/dining areas to remove ALL build up of grime/debris/filth.

Observation: * The butter bar cooler in front counter was broken and not working at time of inspection. No food being stored there and operator mentioned that cooler being repaired today.
Corrective Action(s): * Repair the butter bar cooler immediately and ensure maintained at 4'C/40'F or colder

* Dishwasher final rinse was 50 ppm chlorine residual at plate surface
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder except for butter bar cooler which was not being used and getting repaired; ensure it is repaired and maintains 4'C/40'F or colder
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration
* Food was covered in storage
* Note: there is still build up of grime/debris found in cooking line area and some flooring/baseboards and this is unsanitary condition
* Follow up inspection to be done next week
