Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed bleach on site for sanitizing; however, staff at the time of inspection did not know what and where sanitizer was. Staff explained that food contact surfaces are cleaned with wiping cloth that has been washed with warm water and soap.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to make and have sanitizing solution at all times; 1/2 teaspoon of bleach per 1 litre of water. Always keep wiping cloth in the sanitizing solution when not in use. Do not rinse before applying on food contact surfaces.
