Follow up inspection for other outstanding items: Code 311 corrected. Additional lighting installed over the storage area and also the cooking area. Code 306 corrected. Walk-in cooler and cooking area have been cleaned. Ensure to following your Sanitation Plan and cleaning schedule to maintain premises in sanitary condition. Some organization required in the dry storage in the back. Still to address - refinish/seal wooden part where the slicer is attached so that it is non porous and easily cleanable. This must be done before the next routine inspection.
