Hand sink provided with constant supply of liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer measured 200 ppm (quats).
Prep line cooler (internal temp): egg salad, chicken and beef was at 2.0 deg C; falafel/veggie patty was at 1.9 deg C.
Hot holding (internal temp): meat balls was at 62 deg C; soups were at >70 deg C.
Walk-in cooler was at <4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -17 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
All food items were protected from contamination.
Walk-in cooler, freezer, and back area was clean and organized.
Dining room area and washrooms were maintained in sanitary condition.
Overall sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Employees were wearing clean uniforms and hair restraints.
